REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please refer to our product sizing chart and product description to ensure correct product and size selection before purchasing. We offer refunds, exchanges or store credit, at our discretion, within 30 days of receiving products purchased only if they are faulty.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing. If the wrong size has been selected, exchanges can be arranged by contacting us via Facebook or Instagram instant messaging, via email info@fifolifeapp.com or via our contact section.

Shipping for exchanges due to incorrect sizing will be at the cost of the customer. All items to be exchanged will first be inspected for damage by us before being approved for exchange.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

SHIPPING

Where possible we will ship your order before 11am the next business day after your purchase date. We use Australia Post Express Post, Standard Post or International Post for most of our shipping but may use a different service or company if required at our discretion.

Australia Post allow 1-2 days Express Post and 2-5 days Standard Post for delivery within WA, 1-2 days Express Post and 3-6 days Standard Post to all other states and territories and 6-12 days for International Post.

Tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience.

Shipping costs are $10 Standard $15 Express and $20 International and will be added at checkout.
